Perkins Coie Grows M&A, Private Equity Teams With Partner Trio

Kyle Fox, Richard Dusenbury, and John-Paul Haskins joined Perkins Coie as partners in its mergers and acquisitions and private equity practices in Dallas and Austin, the firm announced Tuesday.

Fox focuses his practice on strategic transactions and guides clients through financing transactions, restructurings, joint ventures, M&A, and technology transfer and licensing agreements. He advises privately held companies and PE and venture-backed companies, the firm said.

Dusenbury focuses on M&A transactions. He represents clients on the buy- and sell-side and works with clients in technology, manufacturing, health care, and apparel, the firm said.
