Perkins Coie Brings on Marando as Patent Litigation Partner

Chris Marando has joined Perkins Coie as an intellectual property and patent litigation partner in its Washington office, the firm said Monday.

Marando advises high-tech clients in major patent infringement and validity disputes across key forums such as federal district courts and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the US International Trade Commission, and the US Patent Trial and Appeal Board, according to the firm.

His practice involves all aspects of patent litigation, from discovery and claim construction to trial, and he also has experience with the PTO’s inter partes review process, the firm said.
