Perkins Coie Adds Miranda Cole as EU, UK Antitrust Practice Lead

Miranda Cole joined Perkins Coie as a partner to lead its EU and UK antitrust practice, the firm announced Monday.

Cole advises global technology companies, as well as major life sciences, health care, and energy and resource clients on cross-border transactions, competition investigations, and regulatory and policy developments. She represents clients before the EU and UK competition authorities and helps them navigate EU and UK competition law and regulation, the firm said.

She joins from Norton Rose Fulbright.
