Perkins Coie Adds Ex-USPTO Patent Judge Jessica Kaiser in Denver

Jessica Kaiser has joined Perkins Coie as a partner with the intellectual property and patent litigation practices in Denver, Colo., the firm said Monday.

Kaiser served as a partner and co-chair of the post-grant patent processing practice at Arnold & Porter. She has managed complex intellectual property disputes in the technology, telecommunications, and life sciences sectors in addition to patent litigation matters in district and appellate courts, according to Perkins Coie.

She also served as an administrative patent judge at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
