Perkins Coie Adds Ex-State Deputy Solicitor General in San Diego

Josh Patashnik joined Perkins Coie as a partner in its litigation practice in San Diego, focused on appeals, issues, and strategy, the firm announced Monday.

Patashnik has briefed and argued many cases in state and federal appellate courts, including in the California Supreme Court, the California Court of Appeal, and the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. His practice spans constitutional and administrative law, federal preemption, antitrust and unfair competition, environmental law, and healthcare regulation, and he will assist clients in navigating statutes and regulations at both the federal and state level, the firm said.
