Tom Levine joined Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison as a partner in its infrastructure group in London, the firm announced Friday.

Levine advises clients on complex commercial and regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions in the telecoms and technology sectors. His practice focuses on complex commercial arrangements that make infrastructure transactions investable and bankable, the firm said.
