Paul Weiss Snags Davis Polk Antitrust Partner in Washington

Jesse Solomon joined Paul Weiss as a partner in the antitrust practice in Washington, the firm announced Monday.

Solomon, who joins from Davis Polk, advises clients on domestic and global merger clearance, complex antitrust investigations, and non-merger conduct matters. He regularly represents clients on antitrust and non-merger conduct investigations before the Federal Trade Commission and the Justice Department, the firm said.
