Dan Schuster-Woldan will join Paul Weiss as a public M&A partner with the corporate department in London, the firm said Wednesday.
Schuster-Woldan will serve as head of European public M&A, according to Paul Weiss.
He has experience in financial services and private equity, and he provides advice on public and private M&A and equity capital market transactions, Paul Weiss said.
