Prem Mohan joined Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison as a partner and head of European Financial Services Regulation in London, the firm announced Friday.
Mohan advises on regulatory aspects relating to the structuring and formation of private funds, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions, the firm said.
He also advises investment firms on establishing or expanding regulated businesses in the UK and on UK financial services regulations, including the UK Senior Managers and Certification Regime, the Investment Firms Prudential Regime, and the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
