Stefan Arnold-Soulby will join Paul Weiss in London as a partner in the corporate department, the firm said Monday.
Arnold-Soulby represents financial sponsors and their portfolio companies in multijurisdictional complex financings, with a particular focus on leveraged buyouts of public and private companies, according to Paul Weiss.
He also represents clients in direct and hybrid real estate financings, including the financings of take-private transactions involving REITs, said the firm.
