Matthew Hearn will join Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison as a partner in the mergers and acquisitions practice in the corporate department in London, the firm said Wednesday.
Hearn advises on corporate transactions and advisory matters. He has particular expertise in public company takeovers and complex private M&A in addition to transactions and advisory matters within the financial services sector, according to Paul Weiss.
He also has experience advising international and domestic acquirers in recommended, hostile, and competitive situations, said the firm.
