Joseph Glatt joined Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison as a partner in its corporate department in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Glatt focuses on firm balance sheet investing and strategy, product innovation, capital formation, financial services, yield platforms and partnerships, and various other debt and equity investments, the firm said.
He joins from Apollo Global Management, where he was a partner and general counsel.
