Paul Weiss Picks Up Head of Sullivan & Cromwell Exec Comp Team

Matthew Friestedt, the head of Sullivan & Cromwell’s executive compensation M&A practice, is heading to Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison.

Friestedt is joining Paul Weiss as a partner in its executive compensation practice, according to an internal memo sent by firm chair Brad Karp viewed by Bloomberg Law. Paul Weiss did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Friestedt’s addition.
