Sung Pak is joining Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison as a partner in the finance group and head of the special situations practice in New York, the firm said Thursday.
Pak specializes in restructurings and investments in distressed companies as well as acquisition financings for direct lenders, corporations, and private equity sponsors, according to Paul Weiss.
