Kelann Stirling and Jamie Franklin joined Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison as partners in the finance group in New York, the firm announced Thursday. Stirling joined as head of project finance and development, while Franklin will advise private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and institutional investors on project development and financing transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
