Taner Hassan is joining Paul Weiss as the head of European leveraged finance in London, the firm said Monday.
Hassan advises international and domestic private equity firms, financial sponsors, and public companies on leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and disposals, mergers, and joint ventures, according to Paul Weiss.
He also acts for portfolio companies on financing matters and maintains particular expertise in the infrastructure, energy, health care and technology sectors, said the firm.
