Paul Weiss advised Golden Gate Capital on the private equity firm’s agreement to acquire a majority stake in DMC Power, a designer and manufacturer of proprietary connector technology systems for high voltage power infrastructure.
Davis Polk & Wardwell advised DMC Power and its seller, London-based private equity firm Bridgepoint Group. Bridgepoint, which acquired DMC Power in 2013, is exiting its investment in the company, according to a statement.
