Christopher Sullivan is joining Paul Weiss as a partner in the mergers and acquisitions practice in the corporate department in London, the firm said Monday.
Sullivan advises international private equity houses, financial sponsors, and public companies on transformational transactions and also acts for portfolio companies on M&A transactions, Paul Weiss said.
He has specific expertise in the financial services, consumer goods, technology, and health care sectors, the firm said.
