Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison is acting as legal counsel to Detroit-based financial technology group Rocket. Its team is led by partner Laura C. Turano and chair of the firm’s corporate department, Scott A. Barshay. Turano guided Rocket’s $1.3 billion purchase of Truebill in 2021 and Barshay guided its IPO, which was completed in 2020.
