Bosco Yiu has joined Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP as a partner in the corporate department in Hong Kong, the law firm announced Friday.
Yiu’s practice lies in private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions transactions, and regulatory and compliance advice, said the firm.
He joins from Goodwin Procter, where he was a partner. Yiu has advised companies like McDonald’s, Morgan Stanley and Hillhouse Investment, according to Paul Weiss.
