Maria-Leticia Ossa Daza has joined Paul Weiss as head of the firm’s new Latin America practice group, resident in the New York office, the firm said Friday.
Ossa Daza will serve as a partner in the mergers and acquisitions practice in the corporate department, according to Paul Weiss.
She has represented Latin America-based companies in a variety of cross-border and domestic transactions, as well as companies across the financial services, technology, infrastructure, and consumer goods sectors on their investments in Latin America, said the firm.
