Paul Weiss Adds Partner to New York Executive Compensation Team

Andrea Wahlquist Brown has joined Paul Weiss as a partner in the executive compensation practice in New York, the firm said Wednesday.

Brown works on the compensation and benefits aspects of public company M&A and private equity transactions in addition to corporate governance matters, according to Paul Weiss.

She advises boards of directors and their compensation committees on senior leadership changes, executive compensation oversight, and compensation disclosure issues as well as advises compensation committees and corporate, financial, and individual clients on negotiating employment and compensation arrangement, Paul Weiss said.
