David Pritchett joined Paul Weiss as a partner in the investment funds group in London, the firm announced Monday.
Pritchett advises investment fund sponsors on all aspects of the structuring and operation of alternative investment funds across a variety of investment strategies and asset classes, the firm said.
He also advises on private equity fund transactions, including co-investments, secondary transactions and fund spin-outs, Paul Weiss said.
