Paul Weiss Adds Apollo Partner and Former General Counsel in NYC

Former Apollo Global Management partner and general counsel for its credit arm Joseph Glatt is joining Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison in New York.

Glatt is joining as a partner in the firm’s corporate department, the firm announced Tuesday.

Paul Weiss’ relationship with Apollo has been storied and lucrative. The Wall Street firm has long served as the private equity giant’s outside counsel on many of its largest and high-profile transactions.
