Paul Hastings UK Private Equity Trio Decamps for Goodwin

Goodwin LLP poached three private equity partners from Paul Hastings’ London office, the firm announced Tuesday.

Anu Balasubramanian, who led the UK private equity practice for Paul Hastings, is headed to Goodwin along with Jamie Holdoway, and Chetan Sheth. Balasubramanian will serve as Goodwin’s European private equity chair, working with the M&A, debt finance and private investment funds teams in London, Paris, Munich, Brussels, and Luxembourg, the firm said.
