Jeffrey Senac joined Paul Hastings as a partner in its global finance practice in Southern California, the firm announced Tuesday.
Senac represents banks, direct lenders, and corporate borrowers in corporate and transactional matters, focusing on leveraged lending. He advises on acquisition financing, refinancing, working capital facilities, recapitalizations, and unsecured credit facilities. Senac’s clients include investment institutions, direct lenders, and leading domestic and European financial institutions, the firm said.
He joins from Latham & Watkins.
