Paul Hastings Taps Gagan as Technology Transactions Co-Chair

Sarah Gagan joined Paul Hastings as a partner and co-chair of its technology transactions practice in Boston, the firm announced Monday.

Gagan advises companies at all stages of growth on strategic technology and intellectual property transactions across information technology, biotechnology, life sciences, cybersecurity, fintech, edtech, artificial intelligence, and sustainable energy. She will co-chair the technology transactions group with Amir Ghavi, who recently joined Paul Hastings to launch the practice, the firm said.

She joins from Latham & Watkins.
