Paul Hastings Snares Two Capital Markets Partners From Winston

Charles Haag and Justin Reinus joined Paul Hastings as capital markets and public company advisory partners in Dallas and Orange County, respectively, the firm announced Tuesday.

Haag advises companies on public and private equity and debt offerings, tender offers, spin-offs, reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions. He also regularly represents clients in corporate governance matters, including fiduciary duties and SEC filings, and his practice spans REITs and real estate, consumer products, energy, retail, technology, construction and financial services.
