Paul Hastings Snags Winston & Strawn Dallas Litigation Partners

Stephanie Clouston and Matthew Durfee joined Paul Hastings as partners in its litigation practice in Dallas, the firm announced Monday.

Clouston represents clients in complex commercial litigation, government investigations, enforcement and compliance matters in federal and state courts. She handles commercial disputes, consumer class actions, and product liability and mass tort cases across telecommunications, energy and infrastructure, consumer products and manufacturing industries, the firm said.

Durfee focuses on commercial litigation, including product liability, class actions, breach of contract, negligence, fraud and international disputes in state and federal courts, the firm said.
