Paul Hastings has settled with a California biotechnology company that alleged the firm’s lawyers botched the company board’s attempt to oust its founder.
Redwood Liquidating Co. on June 23 filed a request to dismiss the suit it brought in California Superior Court in Los Angeles in 2023. Paul Hastings in an earlier court filing said the case had been settled.
