David Elder, Christopher Centrich, and Patrick Hurley have joined Paul Hastings as partners in Houston, the firm said Monday.
They focus on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, corporate governance, and general corporate securities matters, according to Paul Hastings.
Their clients are involved in the energy, oil and gas, sports, entertainment, and telecommunications sectors, Paul Hastings said.
They join from Akin Gump.
