Reena Gogna joined Paul Hastings as a global finance partner in London, the firm announced Tuesday.
Gogna represents financial institutions and direct lenders in connection with banking and finance matters, including leveraged finance, senior debt and high yield financings, debt restructurings, and refinancings, the firm said.
She joins from Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
