Paul Hastings Recruits Luz for Securities Litigation in Boston

Jennifer Burns Luz joined Paul Hastings as a partner in its securities litigation practice in Boston, the firm announced.

Luz represents public and private companies in the life sciences, technology and financial services industries, as well as trustees, officers and other individuals, in securities litigation and investigations. She advises clients on class action defense, derivatives litigation, stockholder disputes, fiduciary duty claims, corporate governance matters, M&A-related litigation, and SEC, FINRA and internal investigations, the firm said.

She joins from Goodwin.
