Rachel Shepardson joined Paul Hastings as a partner in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Shepardson joins from Paul Weiss, where she was promoted to partner in January. She represents major fund sponsors across private equity, credit, real estate and infrastructure funds, her new firm said.
