Paul Hastings Recruits Eva Temkin as FDA Practice Chair in DC

Eva A. Temkin has joined Paul Hastings as chair of the FDA practice in Washington, D.C., the firm said Monday.

Temkin focuses her practice on regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters involving biomedical products regulated by the Food and Drug Administration, according to Paul Hastings.

She served as associate chief counsel at the FDA’s Office of Chief Counsel as well as director of policy for the Office of Therapeutic Biologics and Biosimilars. She joins the firm from King & Spalding.
