Kenneth T. Deutsch has joined Paul Hastings as a partner and global co-chair of its entertainment and media practice in Century City, California, the firm said Thursday.
Deutsch served as global co chair of the Band 1 entertainment, sports, and media group at Latham & Watkins, according to Paul Hastings.
He represents entertainment and media companies in content production, financing and distribution transactions, equity and debt raises, and strategic joint ventures as well as financial institutions and investment funds with acquisition and investment opportunities, Paul Hastings said.
