Paul Hastings Recruits Brian Ashin, Alan Noskow as Partners

Brian Ashin and Alan Noskow joined Paul Hastings as partners in its real estate practice in Washington, the firm announced Tuesday.

Ashin counsels private equity sponsors, family offices, institutional investors, real estate funds, and REITs, as well as operators and developers, in complex real estate transactions. He works on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, restructurings, development transactions, REIT matters, and leasing and construction agreements across various asset classes, the firm said.
