Tracey Chenoweth joined Paul Hastings as a partner in its finance practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Chenoweth joined the firm from Skadden, where she worked for more than 17 years. She advises clients across the capital spectrum, representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies, corporate borrowers, and distressed debt investors in a variety of transactions.
