Morgan Bale is set to join Paul Hastings as a partner in the law firm’s global finance practice in New York, according to a source familiar with the situation.
Bale has represented Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Citi, and Morgan Stanley on US domestic and cross-border transactions. He advised Goldman Sachs in connection with CVS Health Corporation’s $78
billion acquisition of Aetna Inc., among other large deals.
Bale joins from Weil Gotshal.
