Jonathan Hamilton has joined Paul Hastings as a partner in Washington, D.C., and as global co-chair of its international arbitration practice, the firm said Wednesday.
Hamilton joins from White & Case, where he served as head of the firm’s Latin America arbitration practice, according to Paul Hastings.
His experience includes bet-the-asset commercial and investment arbitration, cross-border litigation, and investment and complex negotiations and mediation, said the firm.
