Paul Hastings has hired a six-partner, tech-focused IP litigation team from Allen & Overy, adding to a string of group hires by the law firm early in the year.
The team joining Paul Hastings is based out of Palo Alto and Washington, DC, with some splitting time in New York. The lawyers focus on patent litigation and have represented clients including Google, Toshiba, Meta Platforms, Realtek Semiconductor, and Marvell Semiconductor, Paul Hastings said in a statement.
