Paul Hastings Hires Stephen Fitzgerald as Environmental Partner

Stephen Fitzgerald joined Paul Hastings as a partner in Dallas, the firm announced Thursday.

Fitzgerald litigates state, federal, and appellate matters spanning environmental, toxic tort, and land use issues, and serves as a crisis response adviser to general counsel and C-suite executives in managing acute environmental safety incidents, the firm said. He also advises clients on environmental risks and liabilities associated with financial transactions.

He joins from Morgan Lewis & Bockius.
