John Murphy III joined Paul Hastings as a partner in its structured credit practice in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Murphy’s practice focuses on structured finance and securitization, including repackaging and securitizing traditional and nontraditional assets and related warehouse lending. He serves as deal counsel and collateral manager counsel on US collateralized loan obligations, and works with various types of asset securitizations, the firm said.
He joins from DLA Piper.
