Ian Engstrand has joined Paul Hastings as a technology mergers and acquisitions and emerging companies partner in Boston, the firm announced Tuesday.
Engstrand represents clients involved with financial technology, enterprise software, blockchain, and medical technology, as well as venture capital, private equity, and investment banks working in these sectors, the firm said.
He joins from Goodwin Procter.
