Alan Tamarelli joined Paul Hastings as a partner and chair of life sciences transactions in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Tamarelli advises clients on research collaborations and development agreements, intellectual property and technology licensing agreements, and commercial collaborations. He also regularly represents companies in connection with M&A transactions, manufacturing and distribution agreements, and clinical trial agreements, the firm said.
He joins from Cooley LLP.
