Joshua Cohen joined Paul Hastings as a partner in its investment funds and private capital practice in Chicago, the firm announced Wednesday.
Cohen brings over 20 years of experience advising clients in the structuring, formation and maintenance of open- and closed-end private investment funds. A significant portion of his practice focuses on providing strategic advice to asset management firms in connection with seed capital transactions and complex minority and majority investments, acquisitions and dispositions in existing firms, the firm said.
He joins from Norton Rose Fulbright, according to his LinkedIn profile.
