Paul Hastings Grabs Private Equity Partner Duo From A&O Shearman

Christopher Zochowski and Bradley Noojin joined Paul Hastings as partners in its private equity practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Zochowski guides clients through complex transactions with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and strategic corporate matters, the firm said. He works with clients in the financial services, energy, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.

Noojin represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and other investors, with a focus on M&A, joint ventures, and financings, the firm said. He works across the transportation and logistics, health care, financial services, government contracting, packaging, and alcoholic beverages sectors.
