Ibaad Hakim joined Paul Hastings as a partner in its energy and infrastructure practice in Abu Dhabi, the firm announced Tuesday.
Hakim focuses on major oil and gas, infrastructure and power projects. His practice covers the entire lifecycle of construction and engineering projects, from procurement strategy and contract drafting and negotiation to claims advice and dispute resolution, the firm said.
He joins from White & Case.
