William Schwab has joined Paul Hastings as a partner and chair of the Boston office, the firm said Thursday.
Schwab, who joins from Sidley Austin, represents private equity funds and portfolio companies in late-stage, full, and management buyouts, in addition to mergers, acquisitions, secondary transactions, and recapitalizations, according to Paul Hastings.
He has experience advising searchers, search fund companies, and their investors on raising funds, acquisitions, operations, and exits, said the firm.
