Paul Hastings Expands Boston Office With Private Equity Partner

James Curley joined Paul Hastings as a partner in its private equity practice in Boston, the firm announced Monday.

Curley represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as early- and late-stage growth companies, in leveraged buyouts, add-on acquisitions and dispositions. He has guided matters for private equity firms with experience in middle to upper middle market leveraged buyouts, the firm said.

He joins from Goodwin Procter.
